Profile

In my toolbox: I studied design, I worked as a webmaster, emailer, front-end developer, tester, and project manager.

In each mission, I like to juggle all my skills and use the best of my abilities. 
Ensuring that the built product is of good quality and easy to use has become a main focus in my job.
I like to look for and implement out-of-the-box solutions to meet the customer’s requirements without adding workload or pressure to my team(s).

• As a tester: 
  I analyzed the project based on requirements (and acceptance criteria when we received them), I created the test scenarios, identified what needed to be done manually and what needed to be automated, I wrote the Gherkin scenarios, I coded them, and I manually tested what was required until everything worked as expected. For automation testing (to code APIs and UI tests with Selenium layer), I have dedicated some time to discovering the Cypress framework (in a previous mission), then pytest for a few months, and Robot Framework.
• As a test coordinator:
  I coached the team and supported it. I ensure that the capacity is being utilized effectively and that expectations are met on time.
• As a project manager: 
  I coordinate projects, improve processes, and help teams to communicate more effectively with each other. 
  The goal is to meet product requirements while respecting deadlines as well as the humans involved.
